Chennai has more of these than it gets credit for: pottery and craft studios, indoor climbing, escape rooms, and — the one we're obviously biased about — sim racing. The common thread is that you leave having made or done a thing, not just seen it.

Most people have never sat in a proper force-feedback racing rig, and the first time is a genuine surprise: the wheel physically fights back, you feel the tyres start to slide, and a couple of laps in you're completely absorbed.
