01Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and AS SMART ENTERPRISES LLP, trading as BOXBOXBOX, of 25/32 Readymade Garment Complex, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai - 32, Tamil Nadu, India. They cover your use of this website and of the sim racing lounge.

Using the site or a rig means you accept them. Separately, before you drive, you sign a waiver at check-in — that waiver governs the risks of driving and sits alongside these terms.

02Booking, prices and payment

Prices are shown on the site and at the desk in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices, packages and the track of the week at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you pay.

A session is paid for at the desk. Session time starts when the rig timer starts, not when you arrive.

Queue positions and estimated waits are indicative. We run a busy floor and cannot guarantee a specific rig, a specific game or a specific start time.

03Refunds and things going wrong

Unused minutes are not refunded once a session has begun. If our hardware or software fails mid-session so that you lose driving time, we will restart your full session or credit the lost minutes — your choice.

If we cancel a session before it starts, you get a full refund or a credit, whichever you prefer.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 for a service that is deficient.

04Age, supervision and fitness to drive

Drivers must be at least 10 years old. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present at check-in, and that parent or guardian must read and sign the waiver on their behalf.

Do not use a rig if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Tell us before you drive if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy or photosensitivity, suffer from severe motion sickness, or have a recent injury or surgery. Staff may decline to seat you, and that decision is final.

We may end a session without refund for unsafe behaviour, abuse of staff or other customers, or deliberate misuse of equipment.

05The equipment

The rigs are professional force-feedback equipment. Operate them as staff instruct you. Deliberate misuse, or damage caused by negligence — wrenching the wheel, standing on the pedals, bringing food or drink onto the rig — is chargeable to you at the reasonable cost of repair or replacement, evidenced by an invoice.

Do not connect your own hardware, load your own software, or interfere with the rig PCs.

06Leaderboard, telemetry and fair play

Lap times are captured automatically from the game by the rig. We may remove a time we reasonably believe was set by cheating, by exploiting a bug, or under assists inconsistent with the board it was posted to.

Your driver tag and lap times are shown publicly on the leaderboard and on the wall display. Ask us and we will hide or rename your public entry.

07Photos and video

We photograph and film on the floor for social media. Tell staff and we will keep you out of frame, and we will remove anything already published on request.

We will not use a recognisable image of a child in marketing without a parent or guardian's specific agreement.

08Our liability

Sim racing carries real physical risk — rapid visual motion, a wheel that pushes back with genuine force, and the disorientation that can follow. You accept those inherent risks when you drive, which is what the waiver records.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law. Any attempt to read these terms as doing so should be read down accordingly.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for the acts of other customers; and our total liability arising out of a session is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We do not promise the website or the leaderboard will be uninterrupted or error-free.

09Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

We may suspend or close an account for abuse, cheating, or non-payment.

10Complaints

Tell us first — [email protected], or +91 63859 42471 on WhatsApp — and we will try to fix it. We aim to acknowledge within a few days.

If we cannot resolve it, you retain your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, including to approach the appropriate consumer forum.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction — which does not deprive a consumer of the right to bring a complaint where the Consumer Protection Act 2019 allows.
